Position Summary: Contribute in the IT department for the Vietnam ventures of Lazada Group to support end-users, customers and partners.

Key Accountabilities
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
• Talking with staff through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues;
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
• Replacing parts as required;
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
• Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system;
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications;
• Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
• Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs;
• Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate);
• Prioritising and managing many open cases at one time;
• Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with end users and other professionals, e.g., software developers;
• Testing and evaluating new technology

Key Selection Criteria
• 5 years’ of experience growing a corporate IT service and warehouse management
• Experience working in a dynamic start-up environment
• Good foundational experience in Infrastructure Service Delivery, Operations, Shared Services and Service
Management
• Team-lead exposure, and have managed 5-10 people
• Knowledge of Technology Infrastructure vendors, associated product / services offering.
• Experience in Vendor Management is an added advantage
• Customer and service oriented, team player, ability to function independently
Qualifications: Information Technology related degree/diploma or equivalent work related experience.
Non-technical Competencies:
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Requires the ability to communicate and document work.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good to excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills.
Work Conditions:
• Ability to travel to locations within a 50 miles (80 km) radius.
• Ability to lift computer equipment up to 40 pounds (20 kg)
