1. Mô tả Công việc
– Observed the business processes and business operation activities to analyze the requirements from end users.
– Recommend/Suggest to the Product Owner or Product Manager any changes to the system that increase the business performance or increase the sales.
– Analyze the customer behaviors, analyze the business concept and application user experiences to bring the customer the best experiences.
– Collect requirements from the product owners, from end-users.
– Modeling the requirements, features into the standard documents for approvals (must-known documents: use case diagram, activity diagram, flow chart, state chart diagram and software functional specifications documents)
– To communicate with customer directly to clarify business and support if there is any change requirement.
– To ensure that requirements are consistent between stakeholders throughout the project.
– To develop and manage documentations for supporting purpose, such as User Manual, Process Description
2. Yêu Cầu Công Việc
– Ability to research documents and analyze requirements.
– Proficiency in UML, Design Tools and Modeling Tools.
– Very good communication in communicate with other state holders to explore the user behaviors and getting the deep-knowledge about the business process.
– Very good persuasion skills to persuade the product owner personal’s idea. Have good skill at: Teamwork, Analysis, Design, Communication and Presentation.
– Responsible, accurate and able to work under high pressure and to strict deadlines.
– Be proactive, creative and positive attitude at work.
– Working with e-commerce website/mobile app is a plus
– Familiar with big data analysis is a plus
– Reading and Understanding the Google Analytics data, analyze user behaviors, user experiences is a plus
